Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy is issued by SEN STUDIOS COMPANY LIMITED (CÔNG TY TNHH SEN STUDIOS), enterprise code 0111672046, with its head office at No. 15, Lane 12 Me Tri Ha, Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam (“SEN STUDIOS”, “we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information processed through our games and this website.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all mobile games published by SEN STUDIOS on the Apple App Store and Google Play (the “Games”) and to the website senstudiosltd.com. A Game's store listing may describe additional details specific to that Game.

3. Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account to play our Games, and we do not collect your name, address or payment card details. Depending on the Game and your settings, the following information may be collected automatically, by us or by our partners:

  • Device information: device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, screen size and app version.
  • Identifiers: an in-game player ID; app instance IDs; and, only where permitted (for example, after you allow tracking on iOS), advertising identifiers such as Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID.
  • Usage data: how you play, such as levels reached, session length, features used and in-game events.
  • Diagnostics: crash reports and performance data.
  • Approximate location: country or region derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
  • Purchase information: confirmation that an in-app purchase was made, provided by Apple or Google. Payments are processed entirely by the app stores.
  • Information you send us: if you email us, your email address and the contents of your message.

Website: senstudiosltd.com does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like any website, our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site securely.

4. How we use information

  • To provide and operate the Games, save progress and deliver purchased items;
  • To fix bugs, analyze performance and improve gameplay;
  • To show advertising, including personalized advertising where you have given consent or where otherwise permitted;
  • To measure the effectiveness of our marketing;
  • To respond to your support requests;
  • To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

Where the law requires a legal basis (for example, in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), we rely on your consent (personalized ads, tracking), on our legitimate interests (analytics, security, game improvement), and on the performance of our agreement with you (providing the Game and purchases).

We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing with advertising partners as described below may be considered “sharing” or “selling” under some laws, such as California law; you can opt out as described in Section 6.

Our Games use the following third-party services, which may collect information directly from your device under their own privacy policies:

Not every Game uses every partner listed above. We may also share information with professional advisers or authorities when required by law, or with a successor in the event of a merger or sale of our business.

6. Advertising and your choices

  • iOS: we ask for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before accessing the IDFA. You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
  • Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device's Google or Privacy settings.
  • EEA, UK and Switzerland: we ask for your consent to personalized advertising through a consent message inside the Game. You can change your choice in the Game's settings where available.
  • If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.

7. Children

Our Games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact privacy@senstudiosltd.com and we will delete it.

8. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Analytics data is generally kept for no longer than 14 months; support emails are kept for up to 24 months after the request is resolved, unless a longer period is required by law. Our partners retain data according to their own policies.

9. International transfers

We are based in Vietnam, and our partners may process information in other countries, including the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses used by our partners.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email privacy@senstudiosltd.com with the name of the Game and, if available, the player ID shown in the Game's settings. We will respond within 30 days. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Significant changes will also be announced inside the Games where appropriate.
