1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile games published by SEN STUDIOS COMPANY LIMITED (“SEN STUDIOS”, “we”, “us”), enterprise code 0111672046, and of the website senstudiosltd.com (together, the “Services”). By downloading, installing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to agree to these Terms in your country, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to them on your behalf.

3. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download and use our games on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by SEN STUDIOS.

4. Availability

Our games may not be available in all countries or regions. Availability is determined by us and by the app stores and may change at any time. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you use the Services.

5. In-app purchases and virtual items

• Our games may offer optional in-app purchases, such as virtual currency, items or the removal of ads (“Virtual Items”).
• Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms. Refund requests are handled by the relevant app store under its own policies.
• Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you, not sold. They may be lost if you delete a game, unless the game offers a restore or cloud-save feature.

6. Advertising

Our games may display advertising from third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for products and websites they promote.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: cheat, hack or exploit bugs; use bots or unauthorized third-party software; reverse engineer or modify our games, except as permitted by law; interfere with the Services or other players; or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including all game content, artwork, characters, music, software, names and logos, are owned by SEN STUDIOS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Updates and changes

We may update, change or stop offering any game or feature at any time. Some updates may be required to continue playing.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SEN STUDIOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or Virtual Items. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

12. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting our games. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms.

14. App store terms

If you downloaded a game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and these Terms are between you and SEN STUDIOS only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for our games and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to them. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. If you downloaded a game from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it may be brought before the competent courts of Hanoi, Vietnam, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
